Today the first a several meetings takes place to discuss the construction of my boat. We will go over a timeline of events and try and set guidelines on things I need to complete in order to successfully meet all of Maine's "guiding principles". The boat was officially ordered last week from Montana Boat Builders, after many emails with one of their wonderful reps discussing my options, and is expected to arrive with in the next few of weeks. Until then I plan to ready my workshop and continue filling out the paperwork associated with this senior project. Seven hundred black and white pamphlets have gone out with a newsletter from my school as well as several others I have been handing out personally. Some sponsorships have been made, but I am hoping many of you still plan to contribute in any way possible, any donation is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who have helped so far and I look forward to start building!

October 3rd
